SUPPLIES

After successfully giving birth to our idea, the next step was supplies.

We surprisingly went into making our product without looking at tutorials, but instead referencing one photo (the one in our first blog post) and improvised.

When looking for supplies we needed to find somewhere with:

1. Decently priced items

2. Everything we needed

Sorry Dollarama, but our store of choice was the Walmart on Upper James street. After a twenty five minute drive from McMaster parking lot M, we had arrived four girls on a multimedia mission.

Hardware, crafts and the shower department is where we searched for our supplies.

In order for us to make our bed frame phone holder, we needed the base to be made out of a material that was able to move around and sturdy. We ended up purchasing a shower head hose because of it’s bend-ability.

The popsicle sticks and hangers were purchased for the part of our product that would be holding the phone, binder clips to attach the product to a bed frame or any other surface of choice.

Last but not least we purchased 527 multi use glue to hold it all together.
